The problem

Customers rarely tell you they’re leaving. They pay slower, order less, and push on price, and most owners notice after the revenue is gone.

What this shows

Which customers are likely to leave, how much revenue is at stake, and why, plus who’s most likely to buy more.

Try it

Set Contract Renewal to “Next 90 days,” then open Customer Detail and click a customer to see what’s driving its risk.

    Risk Tier
Low, Medium, or High, based on the risk score.
    Top Driver
The factor pushing a score up the most, and usually the first thing to address.
